I have been going from Nwaf to Tisy to Myshkino and am finding very little loot at NWAF and Tisy. It's almost like it is all spwing at Myshkino. Completely empty at NWAF sometimes.

The loot is definitely changed. I have seen like 6 of the same weapon in a log cabin all stacked on top of each other. Something isn't right with the loot right now..
