There appears to be an error with the cloud layer - frequently clouds appear chopped or cropped or vertical cloud bands appear in the sky. Note this is most visible when there are few clouds around.

Steps To Reproduce
In Eden editor set overcast setting between 10-30% - move around Altis (for example) - clouds periodically show cut or cropped edges and periodic vertical banding. Note this happens both in the editor and in game SP and MP and occurs randomly based on the weather system.
