Are you running any mods? If so please try to disable them. Should the problem occur again, please export your game log files from the launcher (again, without any mod).

Could you also provide some more info about the crash? When does it happen? Do you need to perform any specific action? Is this happening in SP or MP? Any piece of info that you are able to provide and might seem relevant might help.

The mdmp + rpt + bidmp files should be located in this directory:
<drive>:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Arma 3

Attach the generated files to the ticket. If the files are too big please use some free file sharing service.

Also please try to check out this page. There is a list of some Unusual process exits, if you are experiencing one of them, going through the steps linked to it might help.

Once you have the files, ZIP them and either drag and drop them into the comment box or upload them to some free file sharing service (for example Dropbox) and send the link here in comment.

where can u find the game logs files quite new to PC's so dont judge

sorry for that, now there is an easy way to get the files, however you need to get the crash again.

Once that happens, you will be presented with the error message, in the lower right corner of the screen you will see a button Show details and Prepare Report. Hit that button and wait for the program to proceed with the file gathering. Once its done, use Save Report button. You will be prompted to save the zip file somewhere on your PC, save it to the Desktop so you can find it easily. Once you have done that, visit this page and drag&drop the file into the Comment Box or use Upload button in the comment box (little cloud button above the text box with and arrow pointing up) and select the report file. Then submit and it's done.
