2 Cars/Trucks close to each other, they wont move

Description

When 2 Cars/Trucks come to close to each other (1-100 meter) both will be unable to drive. Even if everything is pristine.

The Engine of the Car starts but you can't bring it to move. Pressing E or Q is useless, no tear will get in the car is giving gas but it doesn't move.

Friends had the same problems before.
Also appeared on Win 7 x64 and Win10 x64

Steps To Reproduce

Put to Cars close to each other (about 1-5 Meters)
Start the car
put in a tear
try to drive (won't work at all)

Friends had the same problems before.
Also appeared on Win 7 x64 and Win10 x64

this was fixed on .60 stable, still fixed on stable for me. However, FPS drops when near another vehicle that you can drive.
