Some time vaulting will not work. Pressing the V key causes not vaulting action. Issue will continue to persist in till item in hands in changed.

Steps To Reproduce
Have not found trigger of bug yet. Fix always seems to work. Has happened to 2 of a group of 3 players. Have personally experienced multiple times.
