Some people like me don't have the best computers, but the game runs perfectly 50-60 fps but when it rains it drops to 25 fps... The rain goes on for 30 mins or even 1 hour, while there's only like 5-10 mins of not raining... I think you need to reduce the rain... Thank you

This is exactly the point of the exercise - to see whether or not the weather effects (e.g. rain) affect fps (and other things) and if so, how.
Reducing rain time does not solve the underlying problem, though. Sure, you would have to suffer 25fps for only half the time than before, but still 25fps only.
A solution would be to find the reason for the drop in fps, fix/adjust it, and happily dance through the rain at 50fps for the rest of your character's life.
So, your report is important!
Afraid you just might have to endure a little while longer...
