Description

This issue is about animated parts of motorboat in 3Den, present since the first time it showed up in dev branch.

Result once steps are reproduced :

(A) appear with police light bar, police sign and rescue sign (none of them should be here)
(B) appear without police sign or police light bar
(C) appear without rescue sign

Steps To Reproduce

Open any map
place a motorboat (A), a motorboat(police) (B) and a motorboat(rescue) (C)

Additional Information

In the arsenal, motorboats appear with civilian skin, police light bar, and police and rescue signs (police sign is activated but not visible).
