While wearing a Tactical vest character's heat rises much faster than normal, in my experience going from null to hot to overheating in a matter of 20-30 mins of running with no means of cooling down unless completely removed and submerged in water for an extended period of time. This was tested a 2-3 times, with different clothing items to see what might be the cause and the High capacity vest appears to be the culprit.
