Audio ok but white screen when starting on Geforce 980m

Description

Nvidia Geforce 980m GPU, driver version 361.43 shows white screen, can hear intro video and can hear menu selection noises but completely blind with white screen in fullscreen window.

Rolled back to Nvidia 359.06 driver and I can see the screen again.

NOTE: running TKOM.EXE in Windows 8 compatibility mode. Windows fully patched as of Jan 23rd.

Run latest NVIDIA driver 361.43

Additional Information

Something in Nvidias update between 359.06 (December 1) and 361.43 (December 21) has changed the intro video and the menu to be completely white and invisible.
