  1. Start TKOM via Steam
  2. Options > change resolution or disable fullscrenn
  3. Confirm selection
  4. Observe crash
Additional Information

We were unable to reproduce this issue on another machine and it seems specific form my PC. See attachments for crashlog and dxdiag.
