Description

There is a disabled tool menu option in the 1st mission. Wen you hit camera or instrument button their menu appears for at least 1/8 second.

Steps To Reproduce

1)Start a fresh game (no previous missions progress)
2)Do a 1st mission from Space Program (Ptolemaeus Crater)
3)Hit the right mouse button to make your mouse free
4)Try to hit Camera or Instrument button repeatedly / you should observe the blinking menu
