Redundant message appears while measuring with EAS, saying "Do not move instrument" even though EAS tool is possible to use while on the move. The message is shown every time, regardless if users vehicle is in motion or not. Also user is able to finish measurements despite this message (This is correct)

Steps To Reproduce
- Start TKOM via Steam
- Select any type of rover or other vehicle capable of independent movement
- Equip it with EAS instrument
- Locate any EAS task
- After EAS tool activation order rover to move (results are same when moving the whole time or just a fraction of it)
- Observe message showing: "Do not move instrument"

Desired result: Remove above mentioned message while using EAS tool.
