Double confirmation required when loading a game

Description

If a game is loaded (space program), you have to confirm twice.
(Message: Press any key to continue)

This doesn't seem to be meaningful ;-)

Steps To Reproduce

Run the space program, save, load.
(Tried from map view at control room)

Kreggy set Category to category:bugs.

Kreggy set Reproducibility to Always.

Kreggy set Severity to None.

Kreggy set Resolution to Open.

This does happen to me sometimes as well. Seems to do it more if I mouse click instead of actually doing what it says and pressing a keyboard button.

Confirmed in internal testing. Usually happens when you resume Space Program in the main menu.
