Airbags deflate to quickly

Description

On three occasions, the airbags have deflated while still in the air (after bouncing). This has caused damage to the rover each time.

Fixed the issue, airbags left to bounce a little more, then deflate more slowly. Will be available in today's development build and in the next major update.
