Missing Disconnect option in Ctr tab

Description

Go along with bug report #91. Connecting to rover through camera feed on front panel in HQ display Ctr tab open and no Disconnect option visible.

Switching to some other tab and back to Ctr fixes this.

Minor issue, solved now. The tabs properly update in all situations. Will be available in tomorrow's dev build
