Crash hitting Select button with nothing selected

Description

Main issue is probably about missing option "Disconnect" in "Ctr" tab, although clicking Select then causes this crash.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Run game
  2. Start Space Program
  3. Successfully land a lander
  4. Press Esc
  5. Click Disconnect
  6. Click the screen in control room that connects you to the last used vehicle
  7. After loading click the "Select" button in the "Ctr" tab
NOTE: "Disconnect" option should not be present in the "Ctr" tab by step 7
