Car stucks in trees

Description

When parking a car near a tree it hangs in it after server restart. It can be prevented by parking it away. But however on server restarts the car is sometimes moving - especially when on a slope - and hangs in the next tree.
Tried to put of all wheels.
Also tried going to maxrev in neutral and shifting to first or reverse gear.

Seems that another player can move the car.
But the car is even stuck when my player wants to move the car.

The car is like hopping when all tires where taken off.
