Add new type of transport, appearing on railway stations or random place on the rails - railway handcars. For example:

• without engine (hand drive)
• with engine (with a certain amount is already entered in game fuel, with the possibility of refueling)
• for 2 people
• for 4 people

Easy and interesting way to get somewhere or between main cities (with friend/s), without searching or crafting auto.
