use new UI
carry two main weapons
got to a water pump and use canteen, empty it and fill it up again.
drag the canteen from handslot to inventory and pick up your second weapon in handslot

jump over a fence (somewhere between some seconds to 1 minute after the water pump)

now, when it happens you will see:

your character jump
he goes to the suicide animation
he lays down to the ground
he stands up again

now you can run again
