I'm not sure how I could explain it any better than what might be gleaned from watching those videos. That is by far one of the most significant examples of desync I've seen yet.

I got too close to that parked Lada. These events seem to be getting worse over time. When 0.59.131009 initially went to Stable and Experimental, this issue seemed better than in the previous hotfix and stable builds. It seems that whatever the issue is, it's getting worse as time goes on. That last listed video even happened after the weekly maintenance.
