Random player deaths are still occurring. I died trying to walk into a shed. Right before I black screened to the "You are dead." message, I was suddenly waist deep in the map. A very similar thing happened to me on Stable this week and I have read player accounts of the same bug happening to them. Another friend of mine died simply walking down the main entrance steps on an apartment building.

Note that both times that this happened to me, it was within 20 seconds of having descended stairs and while walking through a doorway which had a lip sticking up from the floor.
