random server restarts

Description

I have base on server named "DayZ MO 2-2 (Public/Veteran) 130861 - Hosted by GameServers.com" IP is 108.61.232.113:2302 shows message about restart every twelve hours but it restart randomly (one dayz every 2 hours, another 4 or 8) other DayZ MO servers restart only at 6am nad 6pm
also this time it seems like it's crashed couse it shows 3 players online and i can't join (stuck on wait for host)

server get up while after i post that but still would be nice if you can check the restarts

edit:
today morning server get down and don't get up for at least 6 hours now
