In this video they are using the old UI. So you can not compare this.

It definitely does work with newUi.

Sometimes with the new UI it's bugged.

Fix:

  1. tka the SCOPE in your hands
  2. press the rght mouse button several times (not to fast, you need the animation)
  3. your scope should be fixed
