Tents and barrels in crowded locations cannot be moved on high-pop servers

Description

Sometimes it's impossible to pack an empty tent or a barrel on full 50 slot servers. Although it's possible to put/take loot from them.

Relog didn't solve that issue.

Encountered 2 empty tents and a barrel north of NWA and was unable to move them.
