Items sometimes remain visible on the ground or floor after dropping them and then picking them up to return them to inventory or hands. Occurs reasonably frequently but at random. Appears to be a regression; this error appeared in previous versions and was fixed, but has reappeared in 0.59 since the rollout last week.
