Hello all ! Couple of dayz ago i decided to play experimental 0 59 with the new ui.The next day i was not able to play because when i press play its noting happening but when i open control panel i see that dayz is running but im not able to end the process and i cant turn off my pc the next day it showed me this error Unable to locate a running instance of steam.I have that game for like 2 years and thats my first time it showing this.Please help me to resolve this !!!

Steps To Reproduce
I unistall the game couple of times,tried to run dayz as admin didnt work,veryfy the game files couple of times,turn steam offline and online again,reboot my pc like i tried everything,switched from exp to stable too didnt work
