The server time will sometimes jump back a bit.

When you're playing on a night time server you'll notice that whenever the sun starts to go up it will go all black again and the sun will start to come up again and a bit later it will be darker (not as black as the first time) but darker (as if the server time is pushed back a little).

Not sure if this is an Accelerated Server Time issue since all Exp servers are running accelerated time there is non way of testing it on a non-accelerated time server.
