Steps To Reproduce
Spawn in as a fresh spawn.
Attach battery to the 2Way Radio.
Battery icon stays in the inventory.
Drop the 2Way Radio.
Battery stays in the inventory.
Try to drop battery.
The battery does not remove.
Additional Information
If you open an ammo box, the ammo may go over the icon of the stuck item, You can then move the ammo, but that inventory slot is still unusable.

Yes this is very annoying on a new character and can confirm it. After a few logins somehow eventually the "fake" battery disappeared and no longer experienced the issue, but definitely reproducable on any new spawn character. Its weird that it only seems to apply to the battery.
