Description

Emptying a vessel does not work in .59 experimental. This is valid for all vessels (bottles, canteens, jerrycans,...)

Steps To Reproduce

Right click on the vessel
choose "empty vessel" in the context menu
character performs emptying animation
the vessel is still full at the same percentage like before
