'Attachable' Items Creating a Ghost Duplication

Description

Any item that can be attached, ie: battery, scopes, etc. Is duplicating when trying to attach it to another item.

So far I've created: Ghost batteries, ghost hunting scopes and a ghost Red 9

Steps To Reproduce

1.) Attach battery to walkie talkie

2.) Doesn't work

3.) move battery to a different inventory spot

4.) there are now two batteries

5.) Repeat for many batteries
