Im losing 20 fps periodicly. Like im spawning in a city, having 40 fps, im walking around for half a minute i get constant 20 fps for a longer time. Then it raises back to 40, most of all when i was standing at the same place for 10 seconds or something. Walking around for 20 secs and same thing happens over and over. This also happens outside cities, but with a decrease of 60 to 30 fps.
