This actually happened in .59 exp.
So i died and clicked respawn then proceeded to wait the 30 seconds to respawn. After the 30 seconds were up it showed the black fading but quickly recovering my screen with the text "please wait." I decided to try to quit but then as soon as i clicked esc it showed my screen! I then exited the options menu and decided i would see if i could walk around. i was able too but i was not able to see or hear anything on my screen i could even light a flair and speak to a fellow survivor! I kindly asked him to kill me and he did as seen in the screen shot i'm including. Also forgot to mention i clicked respawn twice before it actually started counting down so i'm sure that's what caused it. {F32874}
