CPU usage is stuck at 100% when game loads in, fps is stuck at 1-3 fps, there is a scrolling issue happening on the main menu and the game is entirely unplayable. I cant even properly exit the game without clicking over and over again or hitting ctrl-alt-delete. This is repeatable every time, and only changes when I go back to the stable build only and opt out of experimental .59. This problem has persisted through all iterations of .59.
