Additional Information

Fairly sure it's not a hardware or OS issue on my end as the windows or ingame pointer do not move, only the character's view.

Issue persisted over a reboot last night but hasn't reoccurred today. I will post if it surfaces again but this ticket should be treated as closed for now.
