Would usually get near 20 fps in medium sized towns(14-18 in biggest towns) running everything on highest quality, now im getting between 5-10 fps. not sure if its just me on this one!

Running the new alienware 15"laptop with external graphics amp with a 980 ti.
quad core i7 4710HQ processor. 8GB ram. and window 10 64 bit.
