The newer large barracks building seems to excessively spawn binoculars. I obvserved this in the NWAF, but not in the northern military base in the woods.

I think it's because of higher traffic and more people checking it out, but people leave the binoculars and they sorta pile up.

I think it may just be more of a loot cleaning up issue, but just about every barracks looked like the attached image with only a couple other items inside them. {F32786}
