Logged off a server, went for dinner, came back and got the error in the bottom left "Your Character was unable to load and has been reset". I logged into the server and spawned in on the coast. This has literally just happened

I appreciate you guys reading this and I really hope you can help, as I've put well over 100 hours into getting this gear.
I know it's an issue with the server connecting to the central hive, I don't know if you can roll-back the character or something (I'd appreciate it greatly).

Thank you for sending us your feedback regarding this issue. Unfortunately, this problem is a known issue that has previously been reported. We don't reinstate previous inventories/gear in these cases, but the devs are aware of the problem related to character save loss and they'll be working on fixing it.
