It seems that after picking up items, they start to spawn into the ground till the point where nothing spawns back in its place.

Seems to affect the quonset hut and new barracks building the most.

People have loot cycled these buildings to the point of where they don't spawn any more loot, thus needing persistence wipe to reset things.
