[Suggestion] Change audio volume of food/drink consumption based on hunger/thirst levels

Description

Currently I feel the volume of the drinking and eating actions are strangely loud. Someone in a life-threatening situation would certainly be much quieter. I do recognize how it is a cool aspect of the game to hear someone eating and know they are vulnerable so I thought of a good middle ground.

If someone is for example bright green energized and they consume food it should be very quiet and hard to hear. If they are red hungry and dying of starvation it should be very loud as they are gonna stuff their faces and not care about how loud they are being. Same goes for beverages.
