Strange shadow glitch when raining

Description

I logged into a server (SJ west coast server) and it seemed normal until it began to rain. My character became enveloped in a dark shadow that followed me as I moved. When it stopped raining it would disappear. Only happened during daylight or I couldn't tell at night. {F32595} {F32596}

Hello PeppeGoodtimes,

To begin with, could you provide us with a dxdiag report please (a bit interested to see which graphics card you're using)?

Getting your DxDiag file:

  1. Open the Start menu
  2. Write "dxdiag"
  3. Press enter
  4. A window will open
  5. Click "Save all information"
  6. You will get a text file - that's what we need

Also, have you tried disabling shadows? (even if it removes the visual bug, there is still a bug we can file)

Thanks. To begin with, could you try updating your hardware drivers and see if that helps? The drivers for your graphics card is dated 10/25/2013.
