Had this kind of promlem for some time, then it suddenly stopped happeing. The only way I know to deal with it is "flush" command. You have to be in game, press "Shift" and "-" on numpad then type "flush" without quotation marks.

u have 32 bit or 64 bit ?

yes i did 64 bit users dont have this problem anymore i guess but i cant say same thing for 32 bit users i tried your solution again and it still happens did i wasted my money :( can't managers help me? i wanna play this game so much but i can just watch streams and videos :/

If I had to guess I would say this issue should go away with new renderer. You can just wait, as you see devs are aware of this issue. If you go to this related ticket https://feedback.dayz.com/view.php?id=17013 you can see how devs tried to fix this. If it maked game unplayable completely, just wait for next update, I guess.

The other thing - have you tried to optimize the game by changing config files?

can i play this game after next update? how long i wait for next update changing config files doesnt work for this issue i think. i have nothing to do i just want play this game i hope devs fix this as soon as possible

I wish I knew. Next update was told to be content mostly, but bug fixes have to be a big part. We'll hope your issue gets resolved.
