instead of having a percentage change to find something use softskills to find things faster.

so we have apples, stones, worms and more. we can see all the stuff but every time we get "i do not found anything". what if we can find it every time but it costs time and with the new softskills coming we will be faster every time we use that skill?

i really hate the feature with a 10% chance to find a apple, i can see a apple tree full with apples but cant find any apple...
