I was looting the Police Station in Severograd and after I finished looting the roof I was making my way back down stairs (sprinting). The moment I reached the second floor in one of the rooms the screen went black and I was dead. This was very odd since my character had the Healthy and Energized status, but also had the wet status indicator.

I categorized it as an environmental issue because I'm just assuming it's the police station, but I have a feeling it may have been a server issue as well (desync).
Is it possible to die if you fall off the edge of the stair case on the roof of the police station? If so then the problem could've been that. I remember running towards the edge (not close enough to fall) and then changing direction to the stairs themselves, but again I didn't get the death message until I was clearly on the second floor and in one of the rooms. Is there a chance the game registered my movement to the original route and ignored the shift in movement.
