I was holding an axe inside of my hands and then put it on my back. While I was standing infront of a tree it displayed the option to chop some wood. I got rid of this bug by putting the axe again in my hands and on my back.

I am sorry I cant tell you, it was some days ago. I remember I had another action in before.
