Some times it can happen that you are unconscious and that you never wake up again so you have to kill yourself or you get killed VERY easy by a fresh spawn even if you have an m4 because YOU JUST DONT WAKE UP LIKE WTF

I was not bleeding and epinephrine did not help at all so please FIX
