Sorry to hear about your trouble. If you send me a link to your Steam profile, I can move your character (I can't perform searches based on the guid unfortunately). Example: "http://steamcommunity.com/id/xxxxxxxxxx/"

Also, please let me know which server your character is stuck on (ip + port number).

If you prefer to send your Steam ID url in a private message, you can click the "Make Private" button to the left of your message after you click the button labeled "Add Note".
