I encountered a hacker in the game he was making the ground explode and I was near and I died from it when I respawned I had all my gear but it seems that I'm stuck in a plain field and my body runs in place I can't get him to die or starve out I tried everything.

It doesn't seem like the first url is a link for a profile. If you log on to Steam via your browser and go to "View Profile", then you can just copy the url from the address field and paste it in here.
