The tortilla backpack and improvised backpack can be worn simultaneously as seen done in picture attached. i ws able to reproduce it like 5 times in a row but then it didn't work once and i stopped trying. because i ofcourse didnt feel like using it (ew).

Steps To Reproduce
i would remove all on me, put on tortilla followed by improvised and then put on the rest of my loot afterwards. that the tortilla was first seemed to have an impact on the success of reproducing. this did as said earlier work quite a few times in a row.
Additional Information
server was Low pop, so i doubt it was a server load issue.
