I get it; helicopter crashes are supposed to contain hard to obtain, rewarding loot. But as of 0.58, you can only find weapons like the SVD and VSS Vintorez at the crash sites, but I think this is unrealistic. The SVD, and the VSS are still in active duty, so why couldn't you have a small chance to find them at military bases? Of course, since military bases are practically barren (since it would make sense that the military would pack up THEN leave instead of just leaving all their stuff behind), it would be extremely difficult to find one at a military base. That's when the awesomeness of finding a crashed helicopter comes in. They could, perhaps, be carrying some of the load from the move, and there would be a much higher chance to find Russian weapons and gear, and a much higher chance to find an SVD or VSS (but still a lot lower than finding an AK or something).
