Sometimes when moving items from one container to another, (ie: item from backpack to pants) the item will still be visible in its starting position and invisible in the slot it was moved to. This makes the slot unusable unless you interact with item or move it to another slot.

Additionally ammo counts don't always update correctly when combining or splitting.
